This unique experience combines the foundational elements of floor-based yoga with the exciting, dynamic challenge of aerial yoga. Designed to build physical strength, enhance coordination, and deepen body awareness, aerial yoga offers an energizing yet mindful way to move, stretch, and grow.
More than just movement, yoga is a powerful practice for self-discovery. Through breathwork and mindfulness, students will develop resilience, sharpen their focus, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves. Each session ends with a deeply restorative float in the silk cocoon, leaving them feeling calm, refreshed, and renewed.
No prior experience with yoga or aerial yoga is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore!

Classes are divided by age group.

Kid's Night Out (Magical Wizard Edition)
Drop your young witches and wizards off for a spellbinding evening at the studio while you enjoy a night out! Our talented aerial magic instructor, Professor Taylor, has conjured up a 3-hour Hogwarts-inspired adventure where kids will soar like Hippogriffs on the silks, make new magical friends, and immerse themselves in the wizarding world!
The evening will begin with an hour of Aerial Charms (aerial yoga instruction) to help young wizards master their balance and agility. Afterward, they'll enjoy a feast in the Great Hall, craft their own enchanted artifacts, and brew a mystical potion in Professor Snape’s Potions Class. To end the night, they'll choreograph their own magical aerial performance—worthy of a Triwizard Tournament showcase—to record and share upon your return!
Dinner is included, but if your child has allergies to certain potions (like dairy or gluten), please bring an alternative from the Muggle world.
All proceeds from this wizarding workshop will go toward supporting VICTA, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young witches and wizards who are blind or partially sighted. Taylor is running her 6th World Major Marathon in London this April to support this magical cause!
