Looking for One on One Instruction?

Each student has a different set of needs and desires when it comes to their personal yoga practice. Private yoga instruction allows for proper time and attention to address a student’s needs. If you have a specific wellness goal, are seeking personalized attention in navigating around an injury, or want to work individually with a specific instructor outside of a group class, private yoga sessions can be extremely fruitful. We offer one on one instruction for Mat & Aerial yoga.
