Do you offer heated yoga?

We are a strictly non-heated studio. With Bikram or Hot Yoga, the heat is believed to increase flexibility but can also lead people to push too far and get injuries. The heat isn’t the same as a muscule that is activated through movement. Many love heated yoga and it’s benefits, and Common Ground provides a community for those looking for a different approach.

Absolutely! Every teacher at Common Ground Yoga is able to provide a class that welcomes and enables all levels to grow their practice. You should feel supported in every class not only by the teachers, but the community of people at Common Ground help make this a special place to start or expand your personal yoga journey.
