Students should feel welcome in any of our classes, regardless of experience. While we have some classes more suitable for those just starting yoga, we welcome beginners to any of our Mat yoga classes. We like to take an all-levels approach to classes and instructors are well trained in the ability to offer modifications to make the practice more accessible or to suggest ways to challenge yourself.
